Pharmacy Technician

To practice as a pharmacy technician in Newfoundland and Labrador, an individual must be registered with the College of Pharmacy of Newfoundland and Labrador (CPNL). An individual’s pathway to pharmacy technician registration may begin as a student or new graduate of a pharmacy technician program or a practicing pharmacy technician. Those who choose not to register as a pharmacy technician or are in the process of registration may not refer to themselves as pharmacy technicians and have to use another title, such as “pharmacy assistant”.
