Strategic Plan

In developing the 2023-2026 Strategic Plan, it was important to all board and staff involved in the process that the decision-making regarding the strategic direction of NLPB was well-informed. As such, before engaging in strategic planning, the college initiated an external consultation, including a survey of registered pharmacy professionals and focus group sessions with several key partners, such as government, educators, and advocacy groups, which provided valuable feedback to inform the development of the strategic plan. Four strategic goals have been set to address challenges and leverage opportunities identified during the consultation process. A new vision has been adopted to reflect the college’s vision for the future of pharmacy care related to its role in protecting the public’s best interest.
