Request a Letter of Standing

A letter of standing may be requested by a pharmacy professional on behalf of a regulatory body or employer to verify the pharmacy professional’s past or present registration status with the College. A letter of standing issued by the College will be sent directly to the regulatory body or employer.

Application

If you wish to have a letter of standing sent to a regulatory body or employer you can submit a request through the College’s online registrant portal.

Click Registrant Portal in the Portal Login menu at the top right of the webpage.
Log into your account.
Click the Document Request link in the side menu.
Follow the instructions to submit the request and pay the application fee.

Requests are reviewed in the order they are submitted and may take 5-7 business days to process. Applicants will be notified by email once the request has been processed and the letter has been sent.
